Founded by two Miami-Dade County Public Schools teachers (Juliet King and Lucy Canzoneri-Golden) in 1998, Coral Reef Montessori Academy strives for excellence in all areas of Montessori pedagogy, resulting in a holistic education for each individual child. We serve nearly 600 children from ages 3-14, in grades PK3 through 8th.
Mission
Coral Reef Montessori Academy Charter School's purpose is to collectively educate children with a culturally relevant pedagogy that promotes the pursuit of social justice and strengthens a child's independence, confidence, tolerance and connection to the global community.
