Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) is a compassionate nonprofit dedicated  dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive health care for every family in South Florida. Through our 13 centers across Miami-Dade and Monroe counties, we deliver comprehensive health services led by board-certified and board-eligible physicians who care deeply about the people we serve. Services include primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, behavioral health for adults and children, dental, urgent care, vision, radiology, pharmacy and more.

At CHI, everyone is welcomed with dignity. We accept most insurance plans and offer a sliding, income-based fee scale for uninsured patients—because access to excellent health care should never depend on ability to pay.

CHI is also a leader in training the next generation of physicians. The Brodes H. Hartley, Jr. Teaching Health Center—Florida’s first community health center to earn this distinction—has been preparing primary care clinicians for more than a decade. Our commitment to education elevates the quality of care we provide and ensures that our growing community, including the uninsured and newly insured, receives the care it deserves.
