Military children who lost a parent in the line of duty face a $300 million shortfall in college and trade school funding over the next twenty years. The need is especially urgent now, in the aftermath of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. More than $150 million of this need is immediate. The Peak Need Is Now as thousands of these children reach college age.

From now through July 31, 2026, all new or increased donations to Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $1 million, thanks to Admiral (Ret.) McRaven via the Bezos Courage and Civility Award.
