The Casimiro Global Foundation (CGF), a registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, empowers youth around the globe to live meaningful and happy lives. 

The mission of Casimiro Global Foundation is to provide programs and experiences that empower youth to proactively work at designing and creating their own success opportunities. In keeping with this mission, Ella, Inc. was created to equip young women globally with the skills and mindsets needed to not only live a sustainable life, but to also benefit their communities through social impact projects. 

Ella, Inc. is a comprehensive empowerment and leadership program aimed at preparing  teenage women across the globe to become confident, skilled, and innovative leaders and social entrepreneurs. This program recognizes the untapped potential of young women and seeks to provide them with the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to succeed in the global marketplace. Also, by  nurturing their leadership abilities and fostering a deep sense of social responsibility, these young women will gain the knowledge, skills, and support necessary to drive positive change in their communities. 

By addressing gender disparities in the global marketplace and fostering a culture of empowerment, Ella, Inc. aims to contribute to economic growth and gender equality globally.
