Guided by our “whole patient care” philosophy, we combine primary health care, substance abuse support, and mental health care in one setting. Over the years, we have forged long-standing, proactive relationships within the communities we serve, allowing us to provide top-quality integrated care to South Floridians, regardless of their ability to pay.

Over the years, the team at Banyan Community Health has been honored to extend the reach of our service beyond our original Miami site. These days, we serve more than 17,000 patients annually from our 12 locations.
