Beautiful Beauties of Tomorrow mentorship program (BBOT)

Beautiful Beauties of Tomorrow (BBOT) is a transformative 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls aged 5-19 to unlock their full potential. Our mission is to foster confidence, celebrate inner beauty, and nurture greatness in every BBOT Mentee. Through our year-round mentoring programs - Caterpillars, Butterflies, and Beauties - we provide a supportive environment for preteen and teen girls to develop essential life skills, including confidence, self-esteem, and resilience in the face of adolescent challenges. Our participants receive academic support, learn financial literacy, engage in community service, and form enduring sisterhoods. The Caterpillars program serves girls in kindergarten through 5th grade, while the Butterflies program is tailored for girls in 6th through 8th grade, and the Beauties program is designed for 9th through 12th graders.

In addition, our Entrepreneurship Academy offers middle and high school students an immersive, hands-on experience in entrepreneurship. Throughout the year-long program, students develop business concepts, conduct market research, draft business plans, present to potential investors, and ultimately launch their own brands. This program equips students with the practical skills and mindset needed to thrive as future entrepreneurs.
