$20,000 Goal

Arts Access Miami is transforming education and uniting our city through the power of the arts. Together, we are building a sustainable system that ensures every child has access to quality arts education. By fostering collective leadership, delivering community-centered programming, and holding ourselves accountable to impact, we are creating lasting change.

Arts Access Miami began with a bold idea: what if we stopped working in silos and started working together? In response to inequitable access in Miami Gardens, eight local arts organizations joined forces to create a unified strategy that would guarantee every student in the Carol City feeder pattern, from grades K–12, access to free, high-quality arts education. That pilot effort has since grown into a powerful movement that now includes 25 organizations, reaching more than 14,500 students across 70 schools in Miami Gardens, Homestead, and South Dade every week.

And the results speak for themselves. Participation in the arts has soared, classrooms are stronger, and students are thriving. Alongside these gains, Arts Access Miami programs have led to measurable improvements in attendance, reading scores, and social-emotional development. To date, we have donated more than 4,500 instruments and produced over 300 youth performances—powerful milestones on our journey to ensure every child has the chance to thrive through the arts.

Mission

A music and arts education coalition-building initiative working to identify and mobilize arts and music non-profit organizations across whole communities, one feeder pattern at a time.
