The major contract goal is educating newly minted US Citizens on the values of the American way of life through exploration of career and mentorship opportunities, the importance of civic engagement, and value of work and self-sufficiency. Locations will be all throughout Miami Dade County in heavily immigrant populated cities. Cities will include City of Miami, Miami Beach, Hialeah, North Miami, Homestead and upon request. We will plan for morning and evening classes or as requested by clientele. Clients to be served jobless persons, Economically Disadvantaged Persons, Grade School Students, High School Students and University /College Students. To be eligible to participate in this program the individuals must be legal permanent residents or must be in the process of applying for U.S. citizenship. For the mentorship component of the program individuals must be in grade school, high school or college and have an interest in assimilating to the American way of life. More importantly a desire to succeed in their adopted country.
