SWAT MEALS ON WHEELS
$75 Raised
SWAT Serving with Accountability and transparency, is more than an organization. It is a movement rooted in justice, compassion, and radical change. We exist to dismantle systemic barriers that perpetuate cycles of homelessness, poor mental health, and HIV transmission within marginlized communities. Our mission is clear: To uplift, to empower, and restore dignity through holistic care, advocacy and prevention.
A Sister With A Testimony, Inc, we recongize that ( Housing is Healthcare.) Homelessness is not just a lack of shelter. It is a destablizing force that fractures mental wellness, disrupts continubity of care, and deepens vulnerability to HIV. By addressing homelessnes head-on, we create pathways to stabilty, self worth, and healing.
SWAT stands at the intersections of public health, social justice, and community empowerment. We beleive that every life is worthy of safety, support, and opportunity. Our work isnt charity, it is accountablilty. It is the refusal to accept that anyone should be left behind.
Through strategic outreach, education, and unwavering advocacy. SWAT is buliding a future where marginlizied voices are heard, housed, and healed. Because when we addtess homelessness, we dont just change statistics- we change the narrative- we change lives.
To serve as a living testimony of love-in-action. (S.W.A.T.) exists to radically affirm the humanity of the unhoused- especially those forgotten at the intersection of race, queerness, and gender identity, by offering resources needed, advocacy, testing, hot meals, clean clothing, a safe space, and togetherness.
