$50,000 Goal

2nd Chance 4 Kids, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity with one big mission: helping give kids a second chance!  Through our 2nd Chance 4 Kids Miami programs, we proudly CHEER kids forward by creating opportunities that help children and families thrive throughout Miami Dade County communities.

Our work is built around five core pillars: (C) Community & Safety, (H) Health Access & Environment, (E) Educational Access & Economic Stability, (E) Entertainment & Arts, and (R) Resource Centers & Connections.

Powered by an incredible network of volunteers, community partners, and supporters, we focus on serving underserved Miami youth ages 0–21 and their families by connecting them with resources, experiences, support, and opportunities that can make a meaningful difference in their lives.

We are also proud to support active-duty and veteran military families in the Miami community through special initiatives such as  annual Vetsgiving programs.

At 2nd Chance 4 Kids, we believe every child deserves someone in their corner CHEERing them forward—and together, Miami, we can make second chances possible!

Mission

How We Help Miami Dade Communities

At 2nd Chance 4 Kids, our goal is simple: connect kids and families with the resources they need to thrive! We bring businesses, volunteers, nonprofits, schools, and neighbors together to turn generosity into real opportunities for Miami families.

🎁 Turning Donations Into Smiles

We partner with businesses to give new and like-new clothing, shoes, toys, school supplies, household essentials, and other quality products a second chance to make a difference instead of going to waste.

🤝 Getting Resources Where They're Needed

We work with local schools, nonprofits, shelters, and community organizations to help donated items reach Miami children and families who need them most.

❤️ Helping Families Through Tough Times

When families face unexpected hardships, emergencies, or difficult circumstances, we work with our community partners to provide essential items and support when resources are available.

📣 Bringing Miami Together

We encourage local businesses, volunteers, and neighbors to get involved through giving, volunteering, partnerships, and community events. Everyone can play a part in helping a child get a second chance!
