Our organization hosts a yearly back to school give back that help many families with a head start for their children as they return to the educational sector. This year we hosted the event on August 7th 2022, families were provided farm share items, donated clothing for the entire family, household items for daily living, school supplies, a day filled with entertainment for all.
We have a senior care program that we adopt seniors and provide them with day to day essentials such as household needs, lotion, bath soap, food, hair care, food and more.
This year we sponsored a teacher and her class by donating school supplies.
We are planning a camp for the youth, these students will learn skills for daily living, as well as literacy while attending.
Mission
The mission of LaAppetite Food & Clothing Support Services Organization is to make provisions to help provide resources for those in the community who are in need by providing life essentials necessary for daily living. We strongly believe in partnership, working together with those that have already established and or maintained a level of commitment that people can trust. We intend to expand our reach by getting the help to those who are undeserved and reside in targeted populations. We are a voice for the voiceless.
We intend to expand in arms by getting the much needed help to targeted populations in the community. We are a voice for the voiceless. We not only provide food for nourishment, we also provide clothing, personal essentials, contact information for referral services, and educational pamphlets that foster advocacy for non-violence and literacy.
We are looking to obtain a facility that provides counseling for those that are struggling with drug abuse, domestic violence,
