The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science (Frost Science) continues to face unprecedented challenges from its three-month closure earlier this year and the unrelenting financial strain due to the impacts of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. During the closure, the museum quickly pivoted based on community needs and developed Frost Science@Home, a digital museum platform with free educational programming, and contributed to global scientific research efforts to fight diseases such as COVID-19. We created virtual field trips, outreach and other educational offerings. We then worked tirelessly to safely reopen in June before any other museum and most other major cultural institutions, investing in technology and infrastructure to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Science is important and we know that Frost Science serves as a respite for the public during these trying times. By supporting Frost Science, you are investing in the museum as an important resource for the community. We need your help, now more than ever.
