Up to date Fluxus Haus has raised near four hundred thousand dollars for marginalized artists during the pandemic. Fluxus is committed to ensuring emergency relief funding is reaching the most vulnerable populations in Miami and Broward. Due to our efforts over fifty Miami-Dade County youth from Miami Gardens have benefited from scholarships provided by Evolutionary Arts Life summer camp; three leading choreographers were provided with rental assistance and funding for new projects, and ten disk jockeys from Miami were provided with two hundred and sixty five thousand dollars to keep their independent businesses operational. The aforementioned artists and organizations below encompass those serviced by Fluxus:
- GoPra (Choreography)
- Evolutionary Arts Life Foundation Inc. (Youth summer camp)
- Minimax (Experiential Event Production and Music)
- Sultry Society (Disk Jockey Collective)
- Emily Tarallo (Actress and Dancer)
- Bruno Pozzo (Disk Jockey)
The organization has reached over 2,000 Miami-Dade County residents and artists due to performances, exhibitions and happenings. We have employed artists from diverse backgrounds and established inclusivity at the core of our mission statement. Our programs drive a mission focused on access, collaboration, and respect. As an organization representative of its time, our responsibility is clear: to ensure equity despite sexual orientation, race, geography, and economics.
