The State of Black Philanthropy

For the first time ever, our giving platform is open outside of Give Miami Day season - and it’s for a very special occasion!  

This month, as part of the tenth anniversary of our annual State of Black Philanthropy, we want to stand with and support nonprofits in Overtown that are doing vital work in our community. We are also proud to announce a $50,000 matching investment, made possible by the Simkins Family and the Martin Family/Terra Group.

The vibrant community of Overtown has hundreds of community builders and shapers working together on a daily basis for a flourishing neighborhood. Your donation today will help support the vital work of 10 of them spanning a wide range of different issue areas and sizes in Overtown. We invite you to give whatever amount you can to commit to shaping a stronger and thriving Greater Miami for all.  Black philanthropy is love in action. And love, in action, transforms everything.
