But look closely among millions of people and you will see challenges that have become all too common today—strained relationships, disconnection, and isolation. And those who need connection most, children, are the most affected. However, with the right support, their stories can change.

A single moment of connection can make all the difference. And for over 30 years, Be Strong International has empowered children and families with the tools to break cycles of pain and build futures filled with hope. The mission is simple: to strengthen relationships and foster meaningful connections among family members, friends, and community members. Through Be Strong's signature Heart Skills framework, people are taught how to strengthen and sustain healthy and healing relationships.

At the heart of this mission is the Be Strong After School Club (BSASC)—a lifeline for children who need a safe, welcoming place to learn and grow. At no cost to families, BSASC offers homework help, engaging activities and learning, and most importantly a place for genuine connection. Every experience helps kids discover their strengths, express themselves, and build confidence for the future.
