Welcome to Albert C Pierre Community Service Center, or as we like to say ACP. I want to tell you what we do, and how you can help make an impact in our community.

Pure Reality is a program which focuses on helping young people live productive lives through mentorship, leadership training and goal setting in its retreats and through its townhall meetings addresses pertinent topics on as social injustice, gun violence, mental health, and human trafficking.

The HOPE Summer Camp offered STEM learning, computer classes, field trips, lots of fun and games and healthy living. Campers were tested on their academic strength and throughout the 6-week period, children developed academic skills while preparing for in-person learning in the Fall.

Third Sunday of the month, Pierre's Pantry provide families with supplemental groceries and hot meals to improve the food insecurity that plagues our community. This year 2,500 families were served. Over 45,000 pounds of produce, 24,000 units of dry goods were distributed, and 1,000 hot meals served.

ACP/REA Vision Care Center the Center provides vison care to the underserved. Vision loss is a common problem, unless treated, long-term implications on quality of life may occur. The AOA states, significant barriers exist for underprivileged seeking eye health and vision care with only 3% of patients receiving such services. Our goal is to make a difference by serving this neglected population.

As our community grows, so does the need for these programs. Most of our programs are funded by grants, donors, and fundraisers. However, much more is needed to continue growing and developing life-changing programs that will preserve the future of society and cultivate our next generation of leaders, ACP needs your help.

The growth of our community means new challenges, but more importantly, new opportunities to make a difference in the lives we serve. You can make a tax-deductible donation to ACP TODAY! "Actions Change People"
