Venture For America

Venture For America (VFA) recruits recent college graduates who are tenacious, ambitious, and ready to make an impact with their careers. We connect them with startups and early-stage companies in our communities, including Miami, where they work to contribute to the growth of both their companies and their ecosystems. Through our program, Fellows develop the foundational skills and hands-on experience they will need to become impactful founders and leaders.

Since expanding to Miami in 2015, VFA has attracted more than 80 Fellows to South Florida, where they have filled various roles within tech companies,  venture capital firms, and ecosystem support organizations. 

VFA has also actively recruited Fellows from colleges and universities in the state like Miami-Dade College, Florida International University, Florida Memorial University, Florida Atlantic University, Lynn University, University of Miami, Florida A&M University, Florida State University, University of South Florida, University of Florida, and University of Central Florida.

More than 1,600 Fellows and Alumni are part of our community, and we've connected them to more than 950 employment partners around the country. Our Fellows and Alumni have also started more than 370 companies and raised $960 million in investment capital in the process.
