SW Community Farmers' Market, Inc.

Purpose: The Corporation is organized and shall operate for the purposes of creating and operating a community farmers' market in Miami Dade County or the surrounding area. The mission to bring fresh seasonal produce and quality, locally produced artisan food products to our community, help educate its consumers about South Florida's bounty, and to improve the local economy by keeping local dollars local.
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and/or scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
