Mental health issues are rising at an alarming rate. More than 40 million adults in the United States are affected by anxiety disorders, and it's been reported that 264 million people worldwide are living with depression. Suicide is now the second leading cause of death for the ages of 10 to 34, and the 10th leading cause of death for all ages in the United States.
Many members of our society, including military, first responders, and emergency personnel, suffer from PTSD, and are more often than not unable to live a healthy, functional life due to their disorder. And all of the above has been exacerbated by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The good news is that the science of neuroplasticity proves that our nervous system has the ability to change, and learn new ways to function. This means that it is possible to recondition oneself to think, feel, and act in a healthier way.
Mission
Our mission is to provide long-term, sustainable mental health and counseling solutions for those who otherwise would not be able to obtain the treatment they need.
