Today, Little Carver embraces a diverse student body, with 90% hailing from various minority backgrounds. The school fosters an innovative, multilingual program with a challenging and rigorous curriculum, aiming to ensure student success and personal growth in a global society.

The primary goal of our fundraising campaign is to secure funding for professional development programs aimed at supporting and nurturing our educators. Recognizing the pivotal role teachers play in shaping the future of our children, inspiring their growth, and providing unwavering support, we are dedicated to equipping them with the resources and opportunities necessary to excel in their vital profession. By investing in their professional development, we not only empower our teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge but also enable them to continue positively impacting the lives of the students they educate.
Through our fundraising efforts, we aim to provide our dedicated educators with a wide range of opportunities to expand their expertise and enrich their teaching practices. This includes empowering them with cutting-edge skills through Technology in the Classroom Training and fostering a culture of mentorship with dedicated Mentorship Programs for Younger Teachers. Our commitment extends to supporting their participation in National Conferences, ensuring they stay abreast of the latest educational developments. Additionally, we prioritize enhancing their abilities to cater to diverse student needs by offering Special Education and Gifted Training. Furthermore, we encourage lifelong learning through Continued Education in Coding and AI, equipping them with invaluable skills for the future. Finally, we champion Play-Based Learning Seminars to promote innovative and engaging teaching methods, enabling our teachers to inspire young minds effectively.
