Recent Accomplishments:

• Launched the Miami-Dade Gender Equity Index with the support of an Innovation Grant from The Children’s Trust. Featured on WLRN and Miami Herald OpEd. 

• Created the first-ever Miami-Dade Gender Equity Dashboard with 78 metrics and counting.

• Work as co-creators with our grantees who have received $200,000 in funding as grassroots organizations tackling the business model and access to quality early childhood education;  finding solutions to this impediment to Women’s Economic Mobility. 

• Created Public Awareness Campaigns with a total of over 15 million view, including Pay Equity, Sex Trafficking Prevention, The effects of Extreme Heat on Pregnancy Outcomes.

• Partnered with 50 organizations to produce a second annual successful town hall focused on women and girls with Mayor Daniella Levine Cava.

• Hosted annual  Advocacy Trainings for the community: Advocacy 101, Advocacy 102, Advocacy 103, and Advocacy 104.

• Held over 30 Impact Collaboratives convening experts to address issues affecting women and girls across our four pillars.

• Celebrated Power of the Purse with our phenomenal community-Save The Date: April 26, 2024!
