As Chair of the Board of the Women’s Fund Miami-Dade, I am proud to stand with an organization that has been a catalyst for change in our community for over 30 years. Our mission is clear: to create a Miami-Dade where all women and girls have the opportunity to thrive.
We drive systems change across four strategic pillars: Economic Mobility, Leadership, Freedom from Violence, and Health and Well-Being. From advancing pay equity, to improving maternal and infant health outcomes, to transforming our early learning system to better support women’s economic opportunity, we are reshaping the structures that hold women back.
