Turning Dreams Into Degrees

Every farmworker child deserves access to a quality education, the arts, and technology for a brighter future. That is our mission.

College and Career Prep (CCP) is an after-school program that enriches high school students' academic development and motivates them toward the successful completion of higher education. We don't just help students dream about college. We give them the tools, support, and opportunities to get there and graduate, including college scholarships, tutoring and mentorship, career exploration, internships, community service hours, and networking opportunities.

CCP is more than a program. It is a promise our community makes to its young people: that their future is worth investing in. When you give, you join a circle of neighbors, families, and local businesses who believe every student deserves a fair shot. Your generosity doesn't just support one student. It strengthens our whole community, because every graduate comes back with new skills, new confidence, and new ways to give back.

As a student who participated in the program and recently graduated with my degree, I can personally say that CCP was a huge help in attending university. Not only did I receive a scholarship that helped me pay for school, but I also received guidance throughout the whole process. As a first-generation student, starting university can be scary, and there were so many new things I had to figure out. They were always there to help me with any questions I had.

From a student who was able to attend higher education and pursue a dream, thank you. Your generosity will help the next student chase theirs.
