When kids are caught in high-conflict family court cases—like divorce, domestic violence, or abuse—the impact can be devastating. Without help, they face more than legal battles: they risk lasting trauma, from academic struggles and emotional pain to substance abuse and even suicide.

Families with limited income are especially vulnerable. They often cannot afford the court-ordered therapy, evaluations, or supervised visitation that their children and they need to heal. That’s where KidSide comes in.

KidSide is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds critical services for families referred by Family Court Services, a unit within Miami-Dade’s 11th Judicial Circuit. Family Court Services identifies the providers and coordinates care, while KidSide steps in to cover the costs families cannot afford. This partnership ensures children and their families receive timely care, protection, and the chance to rebuild their lives.

But we can’t do it without you. Your gift ensures no child falls through the cracks of an underfunded system. Together, we can give children in crisis not just services—but hope, healing, and the future they deserve.
