We target youth between the ages of 12 and 24 in two ways: 1) We partner with other youth organizations to help develop their programming, and 2) We directly offer five tracks of 8-week programming in entrepreneurship, leadership, business skills, civic leadership, relationship education, and workshops on cultural awareness. Participants can receive a certificate of completion with each 8-week program and then choose to join the monthly young executive networking groups for continued development.
Mission
To provide affordable comprehensive 21st century training in entrepreneurship, business skills, and leadership to at-risk and disadvantaged youth, virtually or in-person, in order to level the playing field in workforce readiness.
