The mission of Leadership Prep Foundation Inc. (LPF) is to teach students vital leadership skills that informs, educate and enhance the voices of students who are highly motivated about cultivating their personal and professional leadership skills via innovative leadership development and arts and culture programs. Leadership Prep Foundation is presently in the stage of opening a permanent venue in West Grove- Little Bahamas, Coconut Grove called the Taste of Coco-Bahamas that will provide a unique culinary experience, cultural art and a variety cultural entertainment that seek to preserve the rich history, art and culture of its Bahamian ancestors.

Moreover, LPF has created a mutual partnership with local public and private agencies with emphasis in Community Development, Sports Leadership Development Camps, Fitness & Nutrition Programs for seniors, Personal and Professional Leadership Development workshops that teaches team work, goal setting, overcoming adversity and critical thinking skills for participating students.

Most Recent Project Concept: The creation of The Taste of Coco-Bahamas Project will showcase to locals and visiting tourist the use of public spaces that exemplify the type of communities where people want to live and work by creating an authentic Bahamian Cultural experience in the underserved West Coconut Grove Community.

Purpose & Goals: To regain it loss of character and culture in the West Grove, the Leadership Prep Foundation Taste of Coco-Bahamas Project exemplifies one of the purposes of LPF by working with local government and the Bahamian Government to preserve the local cultural nuances and Bahamian history by creating authentic Bahamian Straw Markets with food vendors, cultural art and cross-cultural entertainment .
