Biscayne Park Foundation, Inc.

A nonprofit organization

Founded in 1933, the Village of Biscayne Park retains its heritage through tree-lined medians, original homes and an historic Log Cabin, which was built in collaboration with federal aid at the height of the Depression. This community is reflective of generous and caring neighbors. We are small in size, but large in spirit of community and friendliness.

The Biscayne Park Foundation was formed in May 2007, and charged with raising, fostering and promoting community-wide interests and concerns for the preservation of the Village of Biscayne Park. It is a section 501(c)(3) entity under the Internal Revenue Code and registered in Florida pursuant to the Solicitation of Contributions Act.
The Biscayne Park Foundation sponsors Food & Tunes Nights, has provided funding for a new portable stage and lighting project at the Ed Burke Recreation Center, sponsored dogie stations on Village medians, as well as partnered with the Park & Parkways Advisory and Public Arts and Culture Advisory Board to install butterfly gardens and mosaic benches throughout the Village and cultural events like Mango Fest and Jazz in the Park. The Foundation is currently fundraising for other capital improvements in the Village such as improvements to the Recreation Center interior areas with new furniture and decorating.

Your donations will help bring these community projects to fruition.
