As a community mental health agency, we swiftly recognized the importance of maintaining a pulse on the mental health needs of our clients and community. As such we immediately began the process of incorporating Tele-Health services for all populations served in an effort to maintain continuity of care. We also reached out to neighboring organizations and community leaders to find out the most efficient way we could serve during this time of crisis. The outcome of this was our involvement with weekly food distributions at our North office location.
We are now anticipating the upcoming challenges associated with the new school year fast approaching and are assessing the best way we can support families transition to this dynamic situation.
