Dear Family & Friends,

I'm writing to ask for your support for my high school marching band program, the Coral Reef High School Barracuda Band. As you may know, I play Tuba (sousaphone ) in the band, and this is a cause that means so much to me because it's helped me gain confidence, meet great new friends and discover my love of music.

The Barracuda Band Magnet is one of the most prestigious high school music programs in Miami, consistently earning Superior ratings at the Florida Bandmasters Association Music Performance Assessments, receiving nationwide awards and recognition, as well as being represented in All-State and the Superintendent's Honors Ensembles.

But our beloved Band Program needs your help! That’s why we’re participating in the Give Miami Day Fundraiser from November 17-20th, 2025!

With many of our school instruments being over 25 years old, the program is in great need of large scale instrument upgrades and replacements. In addition to the equipment updates we are looking to bring top caliber guests into the facilities to bring our students to the next level.
