For more than 34 years, the South Florida SPCA has rescued abused, abandoned, neglected, and displaced horses and other hoofed friends from across South Florida. Every rescue begins with abuse, abandonment or a human safety issue. Rehabilitation can take months of veterinary care, proper nutrition, rehabilitation, training, and endless compassion.
