Every year, hundreds of young adults age out of foster care without the stable support system many of us take for granted. At just 18 years old, they are often expected to navigate adulthood alone finding housing, pursuing education, securing employment, and building a future with little or no family support.

Propelling Into Triumph (PIT) exists to change that.

We are a Miami-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering current and former foster youth by providing safe housing, individualized coaching, educational support, workforce development, life skills, and resources.

More Than Housing—A Pathway to Independence

Through Saints House, our transitional housing program, young adults receive far more than a place to sleep. They gain a safe, supportive community where they are equipped with the tools to build lasting independence.

Today, PIT operates three transitional housing locations, serving young adults and parenting youth with stable housing, success coaching, life skills training, financial literacy, academic and career support, transportation assistance, and connections to community resources. Every resident receives individualized guidance to help them achieve their personal, educational, and career goals.

Investing Beyond Our Walls

Not every young person needs housing but every young person deserves support.

Through PIT Scholars, we walk alongside current and former foster youth as they pursue college, career training, and employment. The program provides one-on-one success coaching, emergency financial assistance, professional development, financial literacy education, workshops, incentives, and mentorship that help remove barriers and open doors to opportunity.

Expanding Our Impact

As the need for affordable housing continues to grow, so does our commitment.

Our newest project, Triumph House, is a six-unit transitional housing development that will expand access to safe, affordable housing for youth transitioning out of foster care. Designed to provide private living spaces alongside comprehensive supportive services, Triumph House represents the next chapter of PIT's mission to ensure no young person has to face adulthood alone.
