One House Fund

One House was born when founders Jana and Moshe Banin couldn’t find suitable housing options for their son Ben. They decided to build something new, starting small, with just one house and Ben. This pilot program has shown us what’s possible: a productive, social environment, and a life rooted in agency, growth, and independence. It’s been a first step, and a hopeful one. We are currently growing this project into a sustainable co-housing community.
