Mommy & Me Retreat
Big Dreams For Her is excited to launch our 1st Annual Mommy & Me Retreat in October 2026!
This special retreat will bring mothers and daughters together for a meaningful experience centered around connection, empowerment, self-care, personal growth, and creating lasting memories.
Through interactive enrichment activities, mother-daughter experiences, inspiring conversations, and quality time together, the retreat will strengthen the bond between mothers and daughters while empowering both to grow together.
Our Mommy & Me Retreat is the beginning of a beautiful tradition designed to remind every mother and daughter that their relationship matters, their voices matter, and their dreams matter.

Big Dreams For Her also connects girls with great leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, and influential members of the community who are willing to invest in their future.
Through our mentorship program, girls are intentionally paired with positive role models who can provide guidance, encouragement, accountability, exposure, and real-world insight. Mentors help girls recognize their strengths, set goals, explore possibilities, and understand that their dreams are achievable.
We want every girl to have the opportunity to look at a successful woman or community leader and say, “I can be that. I can do that. I can dream that big.”
Our Mission
The mission of Big Dreams For Her is to inspire, empower, and equip girls ages 7–17 to become confident, purpose-driven young women through mentorship, enrichment, leadership development, and meaningful community experiences.
At the heart of our organization is the belief that when we empower a girl, strengthen her relationship with her mother, and surround her with positive mentors and leaders, we create a foundation for her to succeed.
